About Me

Picture

"I provide professional, compassionate support for cancer survivors, caregivers, and loved ones, especially as we navigate Covid isolation, to learn potent yet simple processes that leave you feeling uplifted, connected, centered and fulfilled."

Bert Scholl, CTACC

Qualifications

In March of 2007, four months after the birth of my youngest son, I was diagnosed with Stage II Rectal Cancer. The treatment was effective and I lived cancer-free for almost three years. In 2011, I was diagnosed a second time; this time with Stage IV Rectal Cancer metastasized to the liver. There is often great emotional pain and anguish that accompanies a cancer diagnosis experienced in the treatments as well as navigating the unexpected difficulties that enter into ones personal and work relationships. As the recipient of Life Coaching throughout both of his diagnoses, I was able to continually maintain high spirits and a healthy lifestyle.

I have been an active Coach since 2001. In 2010, once cancer-free from my first diagnosis, I knew my work was to coach people navigating a cancer diagnosis. That year I became a Certified Life Coach with Coach Training Alliance and have been Life Coaching ever since.
